01What is MADURA, in one line?
An AI studio for home renovation, serving users worldwide. Upload a room photo and redesign it in a style that suits the house, or chat with an assistant built for real homes — period, modern, rented or bought.
02Is this a real AI tool or a demo?
Both. The product is live in preview — the first try is free so you can see the look and flow. While we finalise the live generation pipeline, some outputs are drawn from MADURA's curated examples. Accounts created during preview are honoured when full generation opens.
03How does pricing work?
Credits. US$1 = 100 credits. A room redesign is 20 credits (~$0.20), a chat reply is 1 credit (~$0.01). Packs start at $9. See pricing for the full table.
04Do credits expire?
No. Credits on an active account don't expire. Topped-up credits sit in the same balance.
05What happens to the photos I upload?
Your photos are kept on your account for 30 days so you can return to them, then deleted automatically. You can delete any photo at any time. We do not use your photos to train public AI models. See our privacy policy.
06Are MADURA's outputs professional advice?
No. AI outputs — redesigns, budget directions, style boards, chat replies — are a starting point for conversation with qualified designers and builders. Always verify feasibility, cost and compliance with professionals before starting work. See terms.
07How do I delete my data?
Two ways: (1) delete from inside your account when the dashboard opens, or (2) write to support@maduira.com. Either way we remove your account and associated content within seven working days, no reason required.
08Where do you work?
Globally. MADURA serves renovators anywhere English is useful. Our AI is general-purpose and doesn't assume a country; when you mention your city or region, replies adapt to local materials, budgets and norms.
09I'm renting — is this useful for me?
Yes. Pick ‘Rental refresh’ in Redesign. We favour removable, low-fuss changes that respect the tenancy agreement.
